Cutler Communications RMA Procedure:
When a customer has a radio or any other accessory to be returned, please follow these procedures:
Call Margaret or Debbie (631-277-4930) for an RMA/Credit #. No item will be accepted without the proper RMA/credit #.
The RMA/Credit number MUST be on the outside of the package when it is returned. Credit will be issued to the customer after the item has been received at Cutler Communications. Radios must be returned “complete and in re-sellable condition” to receive a full credit.
If our salesman is at the customer and they want to give you the defective item, you MUST call the main office for an RMA/Credit number.
FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY:
If the customer wants the item replaced, they will not have to wait for us to receive the defective items back to Cutler Communications. As long as we have stock, the replacement can ship out immediately. We will create the sales order and ship the replacement. This replacement will be invoiced at the same dollar amount as the item being returned. The invoice will remain as open until the customer returns the product to Cutler Communications or remits payment for this invoice.
When the customer returns the defective item, the CREDIT will be issued to satisfy the replacement invoice.
ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT THE PROPER RMA/CREDIT NUMBER WILL NOT BE ISSUED CREDIT OR REPLACEMENT
